It was perfect in general: incredibly comfortable room, beautiful location really close to a very good restaurant, Norwich and a crossroads a short way from Loddon. A microwave, central heating and a TV set were handy. It had private bathroom which was particularly good...

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at this lovely hotel! The mini apartment provided everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette with all the necessary appliances. The comfortable bed and sofa made it feel like a cozy home away from home. We also appreciated the peaceful and quiet surroundings, perfect for a relaxing holiday.
While the location offered a tranquil ambiance, it did feel a bit remote. However, it was still conveniently close to the nearest town.

The room was clean, well-lit, and provided a comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, cooker, kettle, and toaster. The host even thoughtfully provided milk and a variety of tea and coffee, allowing me to relax and enjoy a drink upon arrival. The shower was excellent, and there were plenty of towels provided. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely converted garage. the host, Mark, was incredibly attentive through email and made sure we had everything we needed for our self-catering stay at Garden Rest. the kitchenette was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the lounge, bathroom, and bedroom were all conveniently located in one place. the peaceful and quiet atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge and a delicious cake waiting for us. Cons: All good! 😊.

The converted garage was nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a well-functioning shower and plenty of storage space. The host was friendly and welcoming, offering us milk and a delicious cake upon our arrival. The location, although rural, was conveniently only a short drive from a nearby town.
Parking at the property was a bit tight and challenging, especially for those who struggle with reversing. It would have been easier if there was more space available or if the parking area was better designed.

the host was extremely welcoming and even left some milk and cake for me upon arrival. the bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious and worked perfectly. the kitchen was well-equipped and the accommodation was clean throughout. I also enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding fields, where I spotted barn owls and hares.
The pillows were a bit flat, but overall it was a fantastic stay.
